Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered the promotion of nine food inspectors to in-charge Assistant Commissioners.
"Nine Food Inspectors (Food Safety Officers) have been promoted to in-charge Assistant Commissioners Food Safety in their own pay and grade," official spokesman here said.
He said the promoted food inspectors included Dev Dutt Sharma, Ghulam Qadir, Rafiq Ahmad Dar, Javed Ahmad Beigh, Khursheed Ahmad Wani, Hilal Ahmad Mir, Aijaz Iqbal Saboon, Ajit Singh and Tariq Mahmood.
