Imphal, June 17 2015 : Regarding the case of hospitalisation of two kids after consuming ice cream the food safety standards wing Imphal East District had taken up proper action by sending the samples for tests, informed Th Somorendro business partner of DOLDO delicious Manipur, Khurai Lamlong Bazar.
In a press conference held at Manipur Press club he said that the ice cream brand in question is Vadilal ice cream bomber pure vegeteranian.
He also said that there are around 300 varieties of Vadilal ice cream and the food safety standard wing Imphal East has issued an order that rest of the brand varieties of Vadilal other than bomber pure vegeteranian are safe to consume.
It is also informed that in the next 14 days the laboratory test report for Vadilal bomber pure vegetaranian will come and the until then the variety is not safe to consume he said.
