Chandigarh, August 4
The Union Health Ministry has extended the last date for obtaining licences under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Now, vendors can obtain the licence till February 4, 2015.
The Chandigarh Beopar Mandal welcomed the decision as a majority of vendors could not obtain the licences.
