Vijayawada: Officials of the food safety department raided Good Morning Fast Food joint situated on Kaleswaa Rao Road here on Friday and seized the stale food from the premises. Food safety department officer Purnachandra Rao headed the raid and seized the stale food and sent the same to a laboratory for testing.
“The fast food joint was seized since the management is running it without obtaining necessary licence,” Purnachandra Rao said and added that a case was registered under Section 36 of Food Safety and Standards Act.
